Family history research is never finished. That’s part of what makes it so intriguing. Searches can easily return more questions than answers, but every answer, every document, every fact becomes a point on which the entire story is built.
Although there are timelines automatically generated within ancestry.com, I found very few of my family members actually visit the site which means the information I’ve accumulated there is not making to the next generation. It is my hope that by using Instagram (@artofrecollection) as my primary platform for sharing, along with more details on this site, that the family history information I’ve collected will finally make it to our children and grandchildren. It then becomes their responsibility to carry it on.
